1. Appears to have been used, washed, or soiled.
2. Are damaged (except in cases where the damage occurred during delivery).
We do not offer reverse pickup of products unless confirmed by our customer experience team. If you receive a defective product, please send images to support@vintiti.com. Our customer experience team will review your case and get back to you.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange the reverse pickup within 7 days of receiving your request.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging, as delivered.

If you placed a COD order, our customer service team will call you to confirm before shipping.
Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reinstated. A new order will need to be placed.
Orders in processing status cannot be canceled. For any changes to your order before it has been shipped, please call us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
We do not accept returns for purchases made from VINTITI.
Complaints regarding defective products will only be addressed if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
