Shipping Policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

● All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri).

● Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

● You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

● Expect delivery within 2-6 days, depending on your location.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

● If your order is undelivered due to incorrect details or missed deliveries, it will be returned to our facility.

● We’ll notify you once received, and pre-paid orders can be either re-shipped or credited to your account. Store credits are valid for 50 days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

● Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible. For queries, contact us via:

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

● We do not offer returns as all sales are final.

● Exchanges are allowed within 24-48 hours of delivery and only for size issues.

● Products must pass a quality check; if the item is used, damaged, or missing tags, the exchange will be denied.

● If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll offer a store credit or exchange, valid for 50 days.

● Exchange shipping takes 7-9 days after the original product is received.

● If your location is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you’ll need to arrange shipping through a local courier, free of additional charges.

● Sale items cannot be exchanged.

DAMAGED ITEMS

● If you receive a damaged product, we’re happy to assist!

● Please send a picture to us via Instagram DM @vintiti within 2 days of delivery.
